PT Murni Sadar Tbk (“the Company”, Murni Teguh Hospitals”) is a health service provider with a focus on oncology and cardiovascular as well as a health education center. As of 31 December 2022, the Company managed 7 hospitals in various areas in Medan, Jakarta, Bali, Tangerang, Pematangsiantar and Pekanbaru. This number will continue to grow in line with the Company's goal of providing health services that are closer to the community. Until the end of 2022, 5 out of 7 hospitals managed by the Company have been fully accredited by the Hospital Accreditation Committee (KARS) and will be followed by other hospitals. The company has successfully carried out an initial public offering on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on April 20, 2021 with the stock code MTMH.
